We at meraoutlet.com work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply return/exchange the product within 15 days of delivery.

To return/exchange a product, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your meraoutlet.com account. You can also Call our customer Care Team on (Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm) or email us at info@meraoutlet.com.

The Return process – Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at meraoutlet.com by following the below steps.

  • Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at meraoutlet.com
  • Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
  • Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

Need to return – Few points to remember

  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of product
  • Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
  • Refund will be processed through same mode within 15 working days
  • The refund of money will be process after delivery of the return product within 15 working days.
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at info@meraoutlet.com
  • In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to meraoutlet.com. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Refund options for you– The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

  • Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders
  • Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
  • A Coupon Code of the refund value in your meraoutlet.com account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at meraoutlet.com.
